We recently sold a property in Swansea due to bereavement and were very fortunate to use the services of Peter Lynn & Partners at Walter Road, Swansea. Mr Richard Emerson Thomas dealt with the matter as indeed he had dealt with matters for our parents over the years. He was exceptional, always very pleasant and understanding and kept us updated on every aspect of the sale throughout the process including applying for probate and to the selling of the property. Richard and his colleagues provided a reliable and efficient service. We had several set backs and withdrawals of sale on the property we were selling. Richard provided advice and guidance during this time which enabled us to continue to move forward and eventually sell the property. Richard was professional but very approachable and understanding of our needs. We were updated at regular intervals and had direct contact Richard which we found helpful.
