    Thank you for contacting me to leave a review. I am delighted you have sent this request as it gives me the opportunity to highlight the outstanding work of Nicole Reid. My parents didn't have the smoothest journey when buying and selling but I am so grateful for all the help and support which Nicole provided us with over an extended period. Nicole was highly professional, knowledgeable and efficient at all times. What struck me and made me feel so reassured is her unique ability to work with kindness, consideration and a caring approach. She always went the extra mile. Nicole always kept us fully aware of what was happening. When I needed to contact Nicole she always responded with speed and a proactive approach. I am sure she has a huge workload and is extremely busy but this never came across as she was calm and super helpful at all times.  When speaking with Nicole I never felt rushed. She was able to explain things clearly, without jargon, and always provided clarity around things I didn't understand. Conversations with Nicole always ended with me feeling reassured and enlightened. Nicole is a very special person who made a huge difference to our family through a challenging house move. I believe Wake Smith are extremely lucky to have Nicole in the conveyancing team.
