Richard Meggitt’s excellent and helpful article on how to sue Ryanair was wonderful. There was one piece of information I needed to check and Richard did that quickly over the telephone. He also followed up with an email with an amendment to his artiucle because of procedural court changes. I wish all solicitors were as helpful.
