I contacted this law firm after I read all the reviews including the reviews on this site and I was not disappointed by the high standard advice that I was given. Also I saved money following the advice. Lots of bad publicity about lawyers so I felt the need to praise this law firm for the high quality service.

I was very pleased with the advice I received on a motoring matter from Roger Lowe. He advised me how best to proceed with my case and he did not even charge me for a consultation fee. I had telephoned another solicitors firm who quoted quite a lot of money which I couldn't afford as a single parent. Its a daunting experience when you have never dealt with the criminal justice system before. I recommend Roger Lowe and his mannerism was lovely.

Since being with this firm, I’ve been promised many things, Sadly, none of those things have ever materialised. Meetings and callbacks never happen, They have a complaints policy and procedure that they don’t follow and just ignore totally any communication or complaint you raise. They fail to keep you updated with your cases and despite requesting paperwork that you are legally entitled to be provided with, as a firm. Prefer to ignore your requests Zero information or knowledge. I want occasion I had a solicitor he was laughing with an usher who was being horrendously derogatory regarding myself by name in front of a packed court waiting area. On another occasion, ironically the person I was told to email for complaints, Attended court without so much as a piece of paper or document and no awareness of what we were even therefore. I don’t have to spend my time ad advising him because no one else had. Truly it has to be said just a staggering example of how honesty, integrity, ethics and morals. Certainly with this company are non-existent within the arena that they specialise in.
Roger Lowe thankyou for seeing me within 5 minutes of coming into your office for a document attestation. Friendly receptionist and Roger Lowe was very happy and jolly. Really impressed with the service.
