⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Alison Greenwood and Arch Law I cannot recommend Ms Alison Greenwood and Arch Law highly enough. Alison has recently completed the purchase of a repossessed property for Baaz Brothers Ltd, which involved an extremely complicated title containing three outstanding registered charges. The matter had been ongoing for approximately six weeks and, at one stage, it appeared almost impossible for the charges to be removed and for us to obtain a clear title. However, through Alison’s exceptional legal knowledge, determination, careful attention to detail and persistent communication with the bank’s solicitors and the relevant third-party solicitors, she achieved what had previously seemed impossible. Alison worked tirelessly to protect our interests and ensured that the outstanding charges were dealt with so that the property could be purchased with a clear title. Her handling of this difficult repossession purchase was intelligent, professional and highly effective. Without her hard work and commitment, I genuinely do not believe this transaction would have completed successfully. This is not the first time Alison has helped Baaz Brothers Ltd overcome a serious problem during a property transaction. We have instructed her on approximately ten property purchases, and whenever a complicated issue has arisen, Alison has consistently found a practical solution and guided the transaction through to completion. Her communication is excellent, her legal knowledge is outstanding, and she genuinely takes responsibility for progressing each matter. She is not someone who simply identifies a problem—she works extremely hard to find the solution. Alison Greenwood is an exceptional conveyancing solicitor and a tremendous credit to Arch Law. We are extremely grateful for everything she has done for Baaz Brothers Ltd and will continue to instruct her for our future property transactions.
