We used Arch Law for a property purchase through a limited company and couldn't be happier. We had so many challenges with developers and mortgage brokers that would have been unbearable if it weren't for the constant support and diligence of Lianne. She just went above and beyond every step of the way to see us complete on time and avoid late fees. She negotiated extensions when we were blocked by other parties and constantly followed up to make sure things were moving forward. I couldn't recommend Lianne more or be more grateful for everything she did, she was such a pleasure to deal with.

Superb service from start to finish. They provided clear, direct answers and delivered everything within the agreed timescale. I genuinely cannot fault them in any way and would highly recommend their services. When the time comes to move again, I will definitely be using them.

Thank you to Charlotte for the help and support she gave us during tha sale of our dad's flat in London. At times I found it fraught and confusing but she was always calm and professional which reassured me.

Alison and Charlotte understood that this was an upsetting sale for me. This was my Grandparents home with many of happy memories. The personal touch and the communicationwas 100 % outstanding. Like another reviewer here, I had an extremely poor experience with Arch Law. They accepted my conveyancing instruction and took payment on account, then sat on the file for 4 weeks. During that time I called numerous times to chase progress, and was repeatedly assured that things were moving and we were simply waiting on the other side. That turned out not to be true. I received an email from a different representative from the firm saying they had declined to act on my case because of staff shortages. It then took several more weeks to get the refund processed. This has caused a month's delay on the sale of my house, incurring additional costs and lots of unnecessary stress.

Gave me a great price - but apparently you get what you pay for. No work undertaken on my conveyancing job for 4 weeks, to then receive a random email stating that my solicitor had gone on long term sick and they wouldn't be progressing my case any more - but they would issue a refund of monies on accounts. Still waiting on that refund over a week later.

Have worked with Lee for a number of years, always found him practical and good to work with. Would always use him as first port of call for any complex conveyancing when buying land, commercial property etc.
