I cannot recommend Hateem Ali from Arch.law highly enough. From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional, organised, knowledgeable, and attentive to every concern I had throughout my settlement application. My case was quite complicated, particularly because my old passport was missing, and my dependent son from a previous marriage was applying with me. I had a lot of concerns about the documentation and whether everything would be accepted. Hateem took the time to listen carefully to every concern, explain everything clearly, and give me the right advice on exactly which documents I needed to prepare. His experience and attention to detail were exceptional. He was extremely organised, thorough, and reassuring throughout the entire process, and I always felt that my case was being handled properly and with genuine care. Most importantly, both my settlement application and my son’s dependent application were successful. I am especially grateful for Hateem’s guidance regarding the supporting documents for my son, as his advice ensured that we prepared everything correctly.
