We have used Lauren on several occasions now, most recently to help with my mum’s move, and I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. Lauren is exceptionally efficient, professional and incredibly thorough. What really sets Lauren apart is how accessible and responsive she is. Whenever you call or need advice, she is there, and you never feel as though you are chasing for an update. Our sale was efficiently managed by Lauren England. The process was very straightforward and if we had any queries along the way, Lauren was always available to answer our call. Emails were replied to promptly. We had a few issues with the buyer's solicitor which were handled with great professionalism and firmness and Lauren steered the sale to a successful conclusion taking just ten weeks. We were incredibly stressed selling our family home, but Lauren made the experience so much easier. When we were getting conveyancing quotes Heald Law were not the cheapest, but we decided that were professional services were concerned regarding such an important life event, cheap was not the way to go and we are extremely glad that we chose this company. We will be using them for our future house purchase.
