      It' all over. Hallelujah !!

      Julia handled my divorce in a very efficient and professional manner - as one would expect from a competent solicitor. What was noteworthy was her ability to patiently guide a legal illiterate through the complexity of legalese, as one would do with a young child. or a golden retriever. 11 / 10 As far as Healdlaw is concerned, the firm met all my expectations and I am entirely satisfied with their performance. I would have no hesitation to use them again for other legal need of to recommend them to friends. I see no need to complete the rest of this survey

      Really the most positive conveyancing I've ever experienced.

      Ale has been kind, compassionate, communicative, helpful, thorough, thoughtful, understanding, humourous , just a delight to work with throughout this - at times - stressful process. She's dealt calmly with any difficulties that have arisen from the other teams of solicitors. Most of all there has been excellent communication - she has been on the other end of the phone whenever we have needed and has instigated online Teams meetings to catch up. She has taken the trouble to get to know us and understand our needs She has really built an excellent working relationship with us.

      Very disappointing, I would not recommend, Very, no extremely slow to make any correspondence, they have held onto my father's estate for over 19 months and still waiting for them to distribute it, making our grieving process even longer, unable to move forward, very sad.
