We recently sold our family business using Heald Solicitors in Milton Keynes. The professional approach from Heald's and their relationship with the Buyers solicitors made the transaction flow in the way that suited both parties.
We are a small business who embarked on a multi-million pound commercial acquisition for investment purposes. We instructed Caroline Wilton of Heald Solicitors in Milton Keynes in November 2022 to handle the conveyance. This was a complex transaction with long standing tenants and sub-tenants. There was a large volume of information to review and process, the data room was in excess of 800 pages. The conveyance was completed in 6 weeks, which was quite frankly astonishing given the many hurdles that we faced. Caroline and her team were diligent and professional throughout. They provided honest and clear communication, and never shied away when having to deliver bad news that may have undermined the transaction. I felt extremely comfortable that no stone was left unturned in terms of appraising all the risks. I felt very much a part of the team which engendered trust and confidence. We have further acquisitions planned and we will have no hesitation in instructing Heald's again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
