We had a great experience with Heald Solicitors recently, Alex took a reasonably complex brief for a business contract and understood it right away, when the client wanted changes he was prompt and detailed in enacting those.
The communication was flawless and all things considered the price wasn't bad either, they offered good value for the work done. We can now move onto to the exciting project with peace of mind. 10/10

Excellent business sale completion by Alex and David
We thoroughly recommend Alex Windo and David Dees for the legal service they provided in the quick sale of our business. Alex was always on hand to help, kept us informed virtually every day, was helpful, supportive, calm and explained any legal jargon we did not understand. He chased the buyers solicitors thoroughly (who were often slow with a number of mistakes) to help us complete to a tight deadline. Exceptional, professional service.
We are a small business who embarked on a multi-million pound commercial acquisition for investment purposes. We instructed Caroline Wilton of Heald Solicitors in Milton Keynes in November 2022 to handle the conveyance.
This was a complex transaction with long standing tenants and sub-tenants. There was a large volume of information to review and process, the data room was in excess of 800 pages. The conveyance was completed in 6 weeks, which was quite frankly astonishing given the many hurdles that we faced.
Caroline and her team were diligent and professional throughout. They provided honest and clear communication, and never shied away when having to deliver bad news that may have undermined the transaction. I felt extremely comfortable that no stone was left unturned in terms of appraising all the risks. I felt very much a part of the team which engendered trust and confidence.
We have further acquisitions planned and we will have no hesitation in instructing Heald's again. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
