I have been supported by Stewart Henderson over the last year finalising the financial aspects of my divorce and getting my Absolute across the line. The level of service I have been provided throughout the process has been exceptional. I have received sound advice and guidance from the outset and have felt throughout that I have been listened to and my needs have been met.

I first came across Frances Lindsay & Co during my child's third court proceedings. I started off with a solicitor, whom was recommended by a friend. However, from the beginning, I was not happy with their service. I searched on Google for family law solicitors. I had spoken to a few, they all spoke about money.

I saw Frances Lindsay and Co's number and called them. I spoke to the receptionist and asked to speak to a family law solicitor. This was to be turning point in my life!!

A solicitor called Stewart Henderson came on the phone and listened to my story. I had told him about my daughter and the case I was going through. My case was a very complicated one, he sat and listened to me for about 45 minutes asking a few questions along the way. This was the point I knew I wanted him to represent me as for the first time I felt like my voice was being heard.

He represented me for the next two years while my case was still going on, in a highly professional and caring manner. Which made me believe there was going to be only one outcome in these proceedings. Everything was completed on time of the highest standard, even when the other side were not doing what had been asked of them. Mr Henderson endeavoured to keep our standards to the pinnacle of professionalism. The entire time doing his best to keep my costs at a minimum. He understood my situation and my income and did not pressure me financially. He allowed me to pay when it was suitable for me.

I felt like Mr.Henderson really cared and we built a friendship over the past two years. I could go on and on giving praise to Mr Henderson, but to keep a long story short I won my case in the third proceeding of a 10 year long, complex custody battle. Which I know without Mr Hendersons help and support, I would not have been able to have been successful.

So, I highly recommend Frances Lindsay & Co to anybody who Is not just looking for a solicitor, but for a compassionate, caring and highly professional person.

Steward Henderson I want to thank you so much, you have made a little girl have a chance of a better future. And for this, I am forever grateful.

I have nothing but good things to say about Frances Lindsay & Co, especially solicitor/partner Stewart Henderson. My circumstances have been tough and challenging but Stewart has been nothing but understanding, kind and also incredibly thorough and professional. Stewart Henderson is quite simply First Class. I have been exceptionally grateful to Stewart for his extremely high level of professionalism, advice, guidance and knowledge in navigating both the family courts and divorce process while I also personally navigate advanced motor neurone disease MND.

Nothing was and is to much trouble for Stewart and his dedication to his clients, I have been touched by the level he has gone to for the love of a father and a daughter which has given us a wonderful summer we otherwise would not have had together.

As my illness has progressed Stewart has adapted with ease and swiftly to communicate in all formats to enable me to continue to be fully evolved and my voice heard in what is a very stressful and challenging time for all who have to go through it to simply be a dedicated loving parent. Being supported by Stewart has given me the positive outcome I thought was simply unachievable at the start of the process.

I will be forever grateful, and highly recommend Stewart Henderson. Very best wishes in your chosen carrier, you are quite simply excellent.
