I am incredibly pleased with the outcome of my divorce proceedings through the support of Frances Lyndsey.
My team consisted of Manjit, Carol and Sheila who fought with me every step of the way, even when things were tough Manjit quickly got the issue resolved and completed on time. She was always organised, up to date and explained all the soliciter jargon in a meaningful and helpful way to ensure I was aligned throughout. Due to this I was able to complete my divorce in less time than initially anticipated which I am over joyed about. I contacted Francis Lindsay as I needed some legal advice and wasn’t sure where to start. The fact they offer a free 45-minute consultation is incredible, being able to understand your options without worrying about the cost before you’ve even started takes such a weight off, and removes a barrier to taking the right action.
I met with Stewart Henderson who immediately put me at ease. He listened to my issue and outlined what needed to be done and where he could help. He provided me with various options and some guidance and templates if I wanted to complete things myself.
I instructed Stewart to handle my case and he was exceptional throughout. His communication was brilliant and he approached everything with pragmatism, kindness and professionalism. I am hugely appreciative of all the work he put in, he made a potentially stressful and confusing process seem relatively straight-forward.
