    We have used this firm of solicitors on quite a few occasions and every time the service and professionalism exceeds expectations. Focusing on the conveyancing department headed up by Chris Brewis and Tracey Fenner and their team, they always go above and beyond to ensure all matters are dealt with professionally and quickly and efficiently making all the legal transactions easy and straight forward to deal with. Also what stands out is the communication, they respond very quickly to questions and matters without delay which ensures there are no delays. As the title says here - SIMPLY THE BEST SOLICITORS IN THE BUSINESS.

    Chris Brewis provided me with first class advice for my purchase and sale house transactions.     Residential property conveyancing

    We are in the process of relocating to another part of the country and would highly recommend Chris Brewis and Tracey Fenner in property conveyancing. They have been very prompt, efficient and always helpful throughout this once in a lifetime move. They have very much acted in our best interests throughout.     Chris Brewis assisted by Tracey Fenner and Jessica Dance provided an excellent service on our probate house sale. I found them to be very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We wanted to exchange quickly and Chris and the team worked diligently and met our target date. The web portal for completing the forms and uploading documents is very convenient. You don't have to use it, but I thought it worked well and saved a lot of faffing around. Happy to recommend.
