    Exceptional and Simply The Best Solicitors in the Business

    We have used this firm of solicitors on quite a few occasions and every time the service and professionalism exceeds expectations. Focusing on the conveyancing department headed up by Chris Brewis and Tracey Fenner and their team, they always go above and beyond to ensure all matters are dealt with professionally and quickly and efficiently making all the legal transactions easy and straight forward to deal with. Also what stands out is the communication, they respond very quickly to questions and matters without delay which ensures there are no delays. As the title says here - SIMPLY THE BEST SOLICITORS IN THE BUSINESS.

    Exceptional Service & Communication Throughtout.

    Tracey & Heather did all the conveyancing for the sale of my property. Everything was dealt with in a professional, and efficient Manor, with care and attention to detail. I was kept in regular contact with updates on the sale, and informed on a regular basis of any important information. Really pleased & happy with the service provided by Crane & Staples & will be more than content in using the company again when looking to purchase my next property.

    Successful House Sale

    I have worked with Crane & Staples for over 15 years and have always excellent to deal with, otherwise I would not continue to do so. The Solicitor and the entire Conveyancing team that helped in the house team were very helpful and lovely to deal with and I hope to continue to work with them in the future.

    Professional Service

    I have recently used Crane & Staples for two house sales and one purchase. The professionalism of Tracey Fenner and Heather Charles-Walls have been above any other solicitors I have used before. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very knowledgeable and very quick to reply. We have also used the sand firm for years for Wills etc.

    Crane and Staples are truly amazing. Chris Brewis and Tracey Fenner in particular have worked so hard and efficiently with the sale of my mother's property.     Chris Brewis assisted by Tracey Fenner and Jessica Dance provided an excellent service on our probate house sale. I found them to be very responsive and helpful throughout the process. We wanted to exchange quickly and Chris and the team worked diligently and met our target date. The web portal for completing the forms and uploading documents is very convenient. You don't have to use it, but I thought it worked well and saved a lot of faffing around. Happy to recommend.
