Just dropping in to express my sincere gratitude to Crane & Staples & in particular Manish Patel and Tracey Fenner. Now the dust has settled from the recent sale of my house, I cannot sing their praises enough. It was the 1st time I have sold a property & only the 2nd time I have ever used a firm of Solicitors, the 1st being when I purchased the house over 25 years ago. It wasnt always straight forward but in all my dealings with them they made the process as painless as possible by not only their expertise & professionalism but also their helpful and friendly manner. I always felt at ease, looked after & in good hands. They were always there for me every step of the way, nothing was ever too much trouble & they took away the worry & stress of it all. So a massive thank you to Manish & Tracey for all your hard work & for guiding me through a very difficult time. Exceptional Service & Communication Throughtout.
Tracey & Heather did all the conveyancing for the sale of my property. Everything was dealt with in a professional, and efficient Manor, with care and attention to detail. I was kept in regular contact with updates on the sale, and informed on a regular basis of any important information. Really pleased & happy with the service provided by Crane & Staples & will be more than content in using the company again when looking to purchase my next property.

Successful House Sale
I have worked with Crane & Staples for over 15 years and have always excellent to deal with, otherwise I would not continue to do so.
The Solicitor and the entire Conveyancing team that helped in the house team were very helpful and lovely to deal with and I hope to continue to work with them in the future.

Professional Service
I have recently used Crane & Staples for two house sales and one purchase.
The professionalism of Tracey Fenner and Heather Charles-Walls have been above any other solicitors I have used before.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very knowledgeable and very quick to reply.
We have also used the sand firm for years for Wills etc.

Residential property conveyancing
We are in the process of relocating to another part of the country and would highly recommend Chris Brewis and Tracey Fenner in property conveyancing. They have been very prompt, efficient and always helpful throughout this once in a lifetime move. They have very much acted in our best interests throughout. I look forward to using them again very soon once we find a permanent property to purchase in our new location.

House Sale
I CANNOT express how good Crane & Staples have been to complete on our property. They achieved the impossible with our sale and got us exchanged and completed in under a week! What a great team and extra special thanks to Tracey Fenner who went above and beyond the call of duty to make it all work out for us, she is simply amazing.

Assisted Living Flat
Very complicated sale made easier with good legal representation. Both Chris and Tracey went the extra mile to push this sale forward. They faced many challenges and overcame them all. I have used these guys on many occasions and their work is exemplary. Friendly and approachable which is always very helpful.
