I had a ID1 form that needed filling in that day. I tried to get in touch with several solicitors, who either didn't reply or said they were too busy. I walked on the off chance into this solicitors and stated my situation. Ingrid this very kind and understanding lady said i can do that now. Nothing was too much trouble especiall as i interrupted the day. So thankyou and as you made my day so much better.

My experience of Atkins Dellow as a firm centres firmly and unequivocally on the service provided to me by Ingrid Alexander. Ingrid represented me when i was endeavouring to purchase a new home, a relationship that many people enter into, so nothing particularly unusual in that at first sight. However it transpired that there were serious implications for me in terms of this purchase, Ingrid detailing these in a clear, concise and indeed caring manner for me so that i could come to a considered opinion . There's no doubting Ingrid's skill set, it's self evident in everything she does and presents. But it's the caring attitude she has that i'll always be grateful for. That above all shines through, Ingrid cares about the people she represents. A case in point is on the day i'd agreed to finally complete on my purchase. Even though i'd given my formal agreement for this to take place, Ingrid rang me to confirm i did indeed wish to proceed. She knew how difficult the process had been, and her final wish on my behalf was to make sure i was indeed confident in the step i was about to take. How many other solicitors, i ask rhetorically would have telephoned me in such circumstances.

Very professional service. Highly recommended.
My dealings with Ingrid Alexander, with the recent sale of my house, were brilliant. I never had any issues or delays in contacting Ingrid and she always seemed to be available. My questions were always answered to my satisfaction and advice was welcome.
