I contacted Emma to help with sorting out and submitting the financial order for my divorce. My ex husband and I knew what we wanted, we just needed the expertise to produce the documentation and supporting information. Emma was excellent throughout. She not only helped me get through the process to court order smoothly and sensitively, but she also advised me when issues arose with the settlement. She met with one of the partners the day that I flagged it with her and I believe her emailed advice was instrumental in the successful completion of our settlement and my being able to complete my house purchase, which I was attempting concurrent to the divorce. Her communication was clear and her support excellent throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Emma and FBCMB.

Family
Divorce is not a pleasant situation to be in. My confidence was not very high. Emma had been recommended to me. From the very first phone conversation Emma put me at ease and explained the process clearly. I felt supported throughout the whole process and always felt I could ask any questions or clarifications. I would highly recommend fbc Mandby Bowers and both Emma Smith and Kate Rowley. I now have the confidence for myself and my children to move forward with the next chapter of our lives. Thank you!

The team at FBC Manby Bowdler were genuinely outstanding throughout and did everything they could to achieve the best possible outcome for me while avoiding unnecessary costs & delays. A new start
Divorce is the hardest thing I have ever experienced. However, FBC were fantastic. My solicitor, Emma Smith was fantastic and I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.
