Excellent professional service
My wife and I recently sold our house in Bristol and made a move to Northern Ireland. Selling our home, and the house chain(s) we were a part of turned in to a nightmare. If it wasn't for kieran and his team helping us throughout I don't think we would have mentally made it through the process. Kieran kept us informed and did his best to push hard for a close just before our mortgage offer expired. House sales never go as planned as we learned but we're extremely grateful for all of the teams help at bachelor sharps.
Would use again if required. And highly Recommend.

Wonderful team can't thank Kieran, Nikki and Kelly enough
My Nan and I would personally like to thank the team at Batchelor Sharp. We used Batchelor to sell my Nans house which went through smoothly and speedy. My Nan then found a new property to purchase and we used Batchelor Sharp again as we knew them. They did a fab job first time around and we were not disappointed the second time I can't thank them enough with how quickly they turnt it around for us. Can’t recommend them enough!
I used Batchelor sharp for my recent house purchase and I cannot fault them.
We are first time buyers and after pulling out of a previous sale due to complications higher in the chain and being very let down to our previous solicitor based in kingswood, we are so grateful to have found Batchelor sharp and particularly to have Kieran and Kelly working on our case.
From the get go, Kelly was quick to answer all of my questions and i didn't have to wait anything more than 24 hours for a response. Kelly is so friendly and bubbly and never made me feel like any of my questions were silly, something that my previous solicitor had done.
