We have instructed Simon Ackland’s firm a number of times in the past and we always return because we receive such impressive service. Recently we have sold two properties concurrently as well as buying a further property which proceeded quite far in the process until we pulled out. As always Hannah takes the strain out of the whole process, proving herself proactive, approachable and provides regular, focused communication ensuring we were kept apprised of every step of the process. The property purchase proved not at all straightforward. Hannah worked very hard to smooth out the various anomalies and took much time to explain very patiently some of the difficulties we encountered. I have no hesitation in recommending Simon Ackland’s firm and the very personable, skilled Hannah Maddy.

We recently used Ackland & Co solicitors for our house purchase and sale and we’re very pleased with the service provided and at an affordable price. A special thank you to Hannah for her professionalism and diligence in helping us through both transactions. The sale should have been straight forward with only two in the chain, but the buyers conveyancer kept throwing challenges in our direction making things more protracted than they should have been. Emma-Rose, Kevin & Simon at Ackland & Co were a fantastic support to us when we sold our home. There were multiple delays due to issues with our buyer but they kept on top of everything and kept things as simple as possible for us. Most importantly, at what can be a stressful time, they were always available to take a call and responded to queries via email incredibly quickly. This to me was the most important part and is what from previous experience with other Solicitors, can sadly be lacking.
