Buying a one-bedroom retirement flat was my first property purchase since my wife and I bought a new house 62 years ago, so I was quite unaware of current requirements and procedures. Chireen took me through the process painstakingly and with clear and expert guidance. She has thorough knowledge of the legal steps to be followed, and dealt persistently but patiently with the seller's solicitor, especially as it became apparent that the latter did not always understand the issues, and lacked the supervision they clearly needed.

Chireen has been very helpful during the entire process whilst I purchased a nearby flat as a first time buyer. She and her associates kept me up to date during this process and was receptive to my questions and concerns during. She gave me plenty of advice when required and explained various concepts and considerations that arose during the purchase which I was not necessarily previously aware of. The purchase of the property had come complications that arose from the sellers side which were all explained to me thoroughly and dealt with as expected. When there was problems from my side these were handled with the same care and attention as well.

My experience with CWJ was great. CM who was responsible for my transaction was always available to speak to me and helped me tremendously through this experience, which was at times overwhelming. Our house purchase was an extremely complex transaction involving a sale of one property and bridging loan across two others. With a acrimonious divorce somewhere in the chain. Chireen did an amazing job of handling this complexity. She kept track of all matters, never losing the trail at any point (effectively three properties all needing the equivalent of a sale in parallel). She had to deal with some very incompetent legal work from the solicitors acting for the bridging loan providers; always acting patiently and professionally. She gave us excellent advice on how to handle the staggered nature of the contract exchanges and completions. We were always re-assured by the fact that Chireen was in control of the situation.
