Anyone who is going through a divorce will understand the importance of having the right solicitor in your corner ! I can not speak highly enough of Mark Vandaele he is the very best solicitor you could have .
He really does care , he listens to you and will spend time explaining things clearly . He will be completely honest with you .
As a woman I came to the point of believing that there was no way forward for me , I was so wrong Mark took on my case and fought my side .
I can’t thank him and his team enough
I have my life back!

Financial settlement
I can only give my personal opinion and having spent close to £20,000 without even going to a final hearing I feel the the opening proposal put to the judge by Mark made the judge angry. In court I.M.O. we got slaughtered by my ex wife's legal team. Overall I am sorry to say I was not impressed with Mark. I was told my ex wife's solicitor said my solicitor (Mark) was rubbish on the day. If you are reasonably intelligent I suggest representing yourself in court at the financial resolution hearing, it will save you close to £20,000 compared with using George Green !

Solicitors you can Trust and Rely on
Thank you for the excellent service provided.
Whenever I had any queries they would be promptly resolved.
I appreciated the down to earth approach, having seen other solicitors and barristers in action.
If I was ever worried about certain aspects of the case, I would feel better after speaking to Mark.
All round good experience.

Simple and clear
Initially I made contact with Mark, who listened to my situation and made excellent suggestions for short term solutions.
When I needed further assistance, Mark passed me on to Melanie as her hourly rate was friendlier to my finances.
Melanie has been amazing. She has clearly, yet warmly, communicated each step of the process and made it all feel very simple. Concluding the financial aspects of my divorce has been virtually stress-free which I never expected!

Easy to talk to
Mark led me through the divorce process with his invaluable knowledge concerning the financial as well as the family court aspect. He is easy to talk to and quickly responds to queries. He has many years of experience and will fight to get you the best result.

Extremely professional advice
Mark provided extremely professional advice, explaining some quite complex matters very clearly and was extremely responsive at all times. Mark provided expert moral support and guidance through some difficult decisions, particularly in relation to custody of our children, pulling on his experience and knowledge of both the law and its application. Mark also provided excellent support in relation to the financial settlement, providing a strong view but also listening to my needs as a client and being flexible in his approach where required to meet those requirements. Mark was also very conscious of keeping my costs down and looking for any opportunity to help me save on legal fees, which built trust with me.

Responsive to my requests
Mark gave me very specific and targeted advice regarding my situation, and he also gave me the confidence to do many of the steps on my own thus saving me fees. However, he was always responsive to my requests and would take on as much or as little work as necessary. Going through the divorce process is a stressful process, but the appointment of Mark and his team meant that I could relax because I had excellent legal advice at my fingertips, and with no pressure coming from Mark in terms of pushing for a more complex than necessary separation. In the end, the whole process was made to be as simple as possible, and done for a very low overall fee.

Extremely helpful
Mark and Rachel were extremely helpful with providing reassurance and clear options available to us as a family, during a very upsetting / destressing period. When your children are involved, sometimes emotions can cloud what should be important, Mark and Rachel were very good at maintaining the importance of the case, which was my son.
