An honest review of my experience.
I approached Lawford Kidd as I had had an accident which was avoidable and yet my work had not changed their practices and I feared more accidents would happen; I also felt that what had happened to me should not have happened. I made contact and Derek rang me the next day. At once I was impressed by his integrity and intelligence. He seemed astute and genuinely compassionate and at once enlightened me as to the process and what I could expect. There were no inflated promises but what was offered was honest and realistic communication and a well founded reassurance that what I was doing was the right course of action. Derek's perception and awareness of the situation was impressive but most impressive was his legal experience and knowledge; one might expect this from a lawyer but one doesn't always expect this level of integrity. I felt myself to be in good hands in what can sometimes be a difficult course of action to take.

Professional, personable and thorough.
Derek and his team were easy to contact from start to finish. Empathetic and thorough, which ended in a great result. As the party not at fault, I paid nothing and received the full compensation amount. There are very few solicitors who would not take any commission and that’s admirable.

'Simply the Best'
An excellent service from Derek. He was very professional & took care of everything. He kept us upto date & well informed with everything that was happening . You'll walk away laughing with how amazing the results are.
At the beginning I wasn't expecting much from my claim for what my injury was. But going through all the steps and with how thorough it was, it really helped the end results. Derek was absolutely a delight to work with on my claim and helped assure me all through the process and kept me up to date on each stage going forward. It can be a slow process but honestly it was more than worth the wait. At the end of my claim I was offered way more than I expected to ever get and I was beyond overjoyed. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone for no matter what kind of claim you need.
