Cannot praise Derek highly enough for his help with making a claim after I had a nasty accident at work. Even though it took 3 years to be settled, Derek was with me all the way, keeping me informed at every twist and turn, and didn't charge me a single Penny !! Derek was always available when I needed guidance, and in my opinion, went above and beyond, as he even managed to get my case settled for a higher monitory value than was first estimated. If I could, I would have left 10 Stars....
