Hayley - 10/10 service, quick turnaround and efficient
I recently had the pleasure of working with Hayley Tenney from Bank Solicitors for the purchase of a property after my usual solicitor let me down.
From the initial phone call to Hayley she demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to ensuring a smooth and stress-free service with a very quick turn around. Hayley's attention to detail and thoroughness / quickness in handling all aspects of the process so far have been truly commendable. Hayley exceeded expectations and is such a pleasure to speak with she has a calm friendly approach. I Honestly cannot recommend Hayley enough and will be using her going forwards.

Great experience, restored our faith
After a negative experience with another law firm, we came to Hayley. She was a very understanding person and restored our faith in the legal system. Hayley was a very nice person to talk to, made us feel at ease, explained everything in layman's terms and was very efficient.

Last Will and Testament
Walked in to Banks Solicitors in Bromsgrove as I needed a Last Will and Testament drawn up quickly. Was put on the phone to Hayley and was immediately put at ease with the helpful and valid advice. Subsequent meetings very informative and the Will produced, signed and witnessed in satisfactory timescales whilst still maintaining importance and accuracy of content. I can recommend Bank Solicitors and Hayley in particular for Will writing services.

Wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future for house sale/purchase
I contacted Bank Solicitors for a quote to assist me with the purchase of my first home; and from the beginning Hayley has been prompt, efficient and a professional. The quote provided gave a clear breakdown of all charges and there are no hidden fees. At all times, Hayley was clear in her communication so I fully understood each stage of the process, and was a big help in offering guidance on any aspects which I was unclear about, in a manner I could understand. Responded to all my emails/phone calls in a very timely manner and I was never left waiting, or having to chase up. It is often said that solicitors can be a nightmare regarding property purchases/sales; but I can honestly say that in working with Hayley, this has not been my experience at all. Hayley has been a pleasure to deal with and made the whole experience that much easier. I would not hesitate in contacting her in the future for any property purchase/sales services I require; and would highly recommend Hayley and Bank Solicitors.
