Avoid Sola Makinde – worst solicitor I’ve dealt with
A basic cash land purchase dragged on for eight months because of Sola Makinde’s mistakes and lack of competence. She was rude, slow to respond, and repeatedly sent paperwork for the wrong land, which is unbelievable in a commercial transaction. I’ve been involved in multiple property deals, and this was by far the most chaotic and badly handled.
