Solicitor and staff were always friendly, polite and approachable. The price was reasonable. The Solicitor did everything I asked fairly quickly. I could not always speak to the Solicitor, but messaged were taken for her to phone back. Lucy did fight for me when a bank was being unreasonable.

My previous experiences of using Buss Murton's legal services were totally satisfactory so I had no hesitations in instructing them again when i needed to update my Will and set up an LPA. I was not disappointed, their advice, services and administration were again first class in every respect. It was a pleasure to deal with their friendly knowledgeable solicitors and staff.

Unfortunately, my experience of the firm's probate department is that in the course of administering an estate with a simple will over 6 months, they have no progress to report, are reluctant to provide any updates (I have yet to have any substantial update on the execution of a will in 6 months), and communications fall into a black hole. I have worked in the legal industry for over a decade and have never had this experience with any law firm nor known anyone to have this level of poor service.
