Sukhbeer Shergill qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and joined Jordans Solicitors that same year. She became a partner of the firm in 2007 and is a member of the Law Society Childrens Panel. She deals with all aspects of child care and represents parents in care proceedings as well as advising family members and/or friends who wish to care for children in the long term. She also provides advice, assistance and representation in the Family Proceedings Courts and County Courts and assistance to clients on issues such as contact, Local Authority assessments and expert assessments. Sukhbeer is a dedicated Lawyer with many years experience in advocacy and representing clients from all backgrounds. She provides a friendly and supportive service to those clients who find themselves in difficulty or are vulnerable and has the ability to put these clients at ease to enable them to provide full and accurate instructions.
