We had a friendly greeting when we arrived at Joran's office. Received good information about our circumstances and our wills. The changes we wanted were made to our satisfaction. The service we received was efficient and quick. The only criticism we have is that our preliminary drafts had several mistakes, mostly my children's names. This gave us the feeling they had been done in haste and not properly checked before they were sent to us. Never the less we were happy with the service we received and would have given 5 stars if not for the mistakes.

Please fix your burglar alarm in Horsforth. It’s annoying local residents. Have rung and left messages and no one calls back. Going off all the time for weeks including early hours.
Had fantastic service and support from Mia at Jordans while selling my property. Couldn't recommended them more.

We used Jordans Solicitors to write our Will, they were great from start to end. The whole process was very straight forward and everyone was really approachable and friendly. We were given great advice, in simple terms that we could understand. We were never rushed and given the time to make our decisions. Communication was excellent and the whole process was smooth and not at all stressful. A fantastic service I would definitely recommend!
