Update of My Will : I.e. New Will

I found the experience of updating my Will ( I.e. making a New Will ) a simple straightforward exercise which was completed extremely efficiently by Alicia Burbeary. I found Alicia to be a clear communicator who made sure I understood the implications of the decisions I was taking. She could not have completed the work any more efficiently; we met on the day of the week she works in the Horsforth Office and by the same day the following week the Will was ready for signature. The copy of my Will was received in line with the timeline Alicia had outlined. I was most satisfied with the whole process, including the cost.

Arranging the meeting was very easy & efficient. The meeting was both friendly and courteous, everything was explained and our questions answered. The production of documentation was on time and we were proactively chased up on a delay to our return of signed documents, which we found good, as in our experience other solicitors in other practices have not been proactive. We now await the LPAs being registered

James Gent conducted everything professionally. The new owners wanted to take possession of my house quickly having already agreed to complete on their sale. The whole process took about 7 to 8 weeks and was fairly painless from my point of view. The charges were very competitive and I would use Jordans again.
