I would recommend Jordan's Solicitors to any client who needs their assistance. They provide excellent services, in a highly professional and respectful manner. They are honest, friendly and compassionate, from the receptionist, to the solicitor assigned to your case. We have recently sold our house and bought another one . Jordans Solicitors acted for us with the conveyancing. This is a stressful time for anybody involved with a house move but our solicitor Jessica Vettese was always a calming influence and readily available to talk things through when there were issues to sort out. Leading up to the completion Jessica was in-touch regularly to relay the latest news.

Contacted them today to ask about getting documents certified by a solicitor. Their website states that they can do this and that all their offices are open for appointments that cannot be dealt with remotely. However the reply I received to my email advised that this is not the case. I understand if they no longer want to hold any face-to-face appointments during the covid pandemic, however, they should update their website accordingly if that is their decision.

The solicitor I have spoken with today was the most condescending, arrogant person I've had the displeasure of talking to. He has no telephone or people skill whatsoever. Really made me feel like a total piece of sh*t.
