Contacted Jordans Solicitors regarding my mother and father’s EPA’s. Great advice and efficient service from Sophie Costello. Activated my father’s EPA and took out a new LPA for my mother. Everything was completed very quickly and explained in simple terms.

Sabrina Nelson helped us to write our Will and she was great from start to end. The whole process was very straight forward and everyone was really approachable and friendly. We were given great advice, in simple terms that we could understand. We were never rushed and given the time to make our decisions. Communication was excellent and the whole process was smooth and not at all stressful. A fantastic service I would definitely recommend!

Mixed Experience with Jordans Solicitors – Big Thanks to Mia Turner

I contacted Jordans Solicitors regarding an RTA (Road Traffic Accident) I was involved in back in August 2023. I wasn’t at fault and had been advised by the other party to get legal representation.

Unfortunately, my experience started off poorly due to the lack of communication and what I felt was sheer incompetence from Niamh Harrison. I was genuinely on the verge of leaving Jordans Solicitors because of how frustrating and unprofessional things had become.

However, things took a complete turn when Mia Turner took over my case. I was hesitant at first due to my previous experience, and I made that clear. But to my surprise, Mia handled everything with an incredible level of professionalism and maturity – far beyond her experience. Despite being new to the firm and only having a few months under her belt, she dealt with my case like someone who had been in the profession for years.

Thank you, Mia Turner. You truly turned things around for me. You're going to go far in your career – keep being yourself and doing what you do.
