Emma Brocklebank qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and joined Jordans Solicitors in 2010. She is a Resolution-accredited Family Law Specialist in Children (Public Law), Children (Private Law) and Domestic Abuse. Emma works in the Child Care Department at Jordans Solicitors where she helps clients with all aspects of Child Care Law, represents parents in care proceedings and advises family members and/or friends who wish to care for children in the long-term. She works in the Family Law Department where she represents and advises clients in all aspects of Family Law including: Divorce and Financial Matters Children Proceedings Domestic Violence Cohabitation Issues Emma has experience of representing clients from all backgrounds and provides a friendly, supportive approach to vulnerable clients or those who find themselves in difficulty. She has the ability to put these clients at ease to enable them to provide full and accurate instructions.
