How to make ‘Selling a House’, as simple as A-B-C.
Having recently lost our mother in February 2024, I approached this company’s Cinderford office because my mother had recommended them to me in the event of her death, as they had previously served her well. I had previously met Glenn Pitman, the solicitor in Cinderford when he advised my mother on a matter about which she was troubled. He was very helpful to mum and put her mind at rest after a 30 minute consultation which was free of charge. Mum immediately took a liking to the man; hence her recommendation to me. I instructed Glenn to handle the legalities associated with selling mum’s house in conjunction with those services provided by Dean Estate Agents, who are located 3 doors up the road. The services provided by P.B. &W together with the estate agent were excellent and as simple as A- B- C. The two ladies at the front of office; Sarah and Bev are perfect for the roles they have in the office; hardworking, diligent, polite, efficient and fun. These two ladies are very capably supported by Amanda Clarke the Conveyancing Manager. The business seems to run like a well oiled machine: if it were a car, the two ladies at the front of the office are analogous to a modern hybrid petrol engine doing all the work, with Amanda the automatic paddle shift gearbox delivering power to the wheels and Glenn the engine management system. Their achievements together result in an excellent customer focused service, as they will do anything and every thing for you to get the outcome you want. We can’t thank them enough.
