Grant of Probate and Property sale
I initially contacted Whiskers to assist with the sale of my mother’s house, as she had moved into a care home and the fees needed to be covered. Sadly, my mother passed away before the sale was completed, so I then instructed them to help obtain a grant of probate for the family estate. I cannot thank Amy Hodgson at the Epping office enough for her guidance—she was both professional and compassionate throughout. The grant of probate was secured in around five weeks, allowing us to proceed with the sale. I would also like to thank Johanna Withams at the Bishop’s Stortford office for her work on the house sale. She was thoroughly professional while remaining mindful of the family’s circumstances. Overall, my family and I received a five-star service, which we would highly recommend.
