I was recommended to Dan by my previous solicitor who retired during my situation. Dan and the firm have been really friendly and welcoming throughout. They are not judgemental and talk to you with both empathy and understanding. Dan made me feel at ease during the most upsetting and overwhelming life event. (Divorce, house sale and financial arrangements) he was accommodating to my questions and spoke to me in a language I could understand. He also made sure my young daughter was kept entertained during several of our meetings which meant I was able to focus and digest the information. I am pleased with the outcome and the work done on my behalf. It was all taken care of behind the scenes and I was regularly updated. I felt safe and comfortable with Dan throughout and I am forever grateful that he has seen this through to the end for me. I rarely write reviews, this maybe the 3rd time I have ever done so, but I am motivated to do this as I feel the standard of professionalism, personal care, integrity shown to my case by Daniel Andrews has been beyond anything I could have expected. I was fortunate to find Daniel during one of the worst periods in my life. Daniel has helped me face material that has shocked me to my core. He never promised me anything, instead provided me with truth and realism, something that had been totally absent in my life until then, and this has provided me with a foundation on which to build mine and my children's life back from. The support has not faulted once in the many months Daniel has been by my side. Mine is a case of extensive domestic abuse with children, meaning for someone to have won my trust (I trust no one) as Daniel has done completely, has stunned me. This trust has been won through Daniel's meticulous attention to detail, his extensive legal skill and unique ability to see the human side of every issue. My case has generated thousands of pages of evidence, its complexities run over several years. Yet Daniel navigates it with a strong sense of ethics, unflinching honesty and an intense intelligence which has created a feeling I have been heard, seen and understood. Daniel works incredibly long hours, but takes the time to explain and help me understand what has happened, and what may happen. Giving me a sense of control I haven’t experienced in many years. Over my last two hearings, the due to the diligence and experience that Daniel has prepared my case, it has resulted in life changing results. Daniel Andrews was in charge of my family proceedings for around 4 years, managing it efficiently and successfully. He has been always present to guide me and support me. Harry Roberts, was also very efficient, supportive and always present. I have asked for my file to still be open with Daniel to have continuous advice and guidance, even after my case concluded in court.
