Manisha was very professional throughout our house purchase process, which itself was quite complex relating to a corner property adjoining multiple privately owned boundaries with various longstanding agreements in place for decades prior, which were unclear in their own right. She was robust with her analysis, consistent with her advice, firm with her legal opinions and carried out conveyancing tasks to a high standard including negotiation where it was required. She liaised with multiple parties and solicitors through the process, coordinating where needed. Importantly she also acted with empathy when it was needed and gave honest reality checks when also needed. All of it together was valuable for our process and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality solicitor to act on their behalf.

Going through the process of buying a house, let alone your first house is such a stressful situation to be in but Mills Chody has made our journey so easy and stress free. I could not recommend them enough. As for our solicitor Manisha Gadhia, she had done all of our hard work for us. Vast experience, personable and genuinely wants the best for her clients.
