We couldn't have had a better experience working with Haneef from Neves Solicitors (Harpenden). As first time buyers, he ensured the entire process was clear right from the outset - not only being super responsive and actioning everything immediately - but always taking the time to keep us updated and answer any questions. Due to disorganisation on the sellers' side, we ended up exchanging and completing on the same day - Haneef worked late into the night on our behalf to ensure everything was ready, kept us in the loop (and calm!) and it was entirely down to him that everything went ahead as planned. He was also a great sounding board throughout the full process and a genuine joy to work with. We are incredibly grateful and would highly recommend his services!
