Belated thanks to Chris Clayton for giving me some good advice at a difficult time. Whilst I didn’t end up taking my case further, I really appreciate the fact Longden Walker & Renney offered a free consultation to decide how to take things forward. My case might not have seemed very important to some solicitors due to the small amount of money involved, but Chris took the time to listen, understand and give me options, which meant a lot at an upsetting time.
