I’m an experienced commercial and property disputes solicitor advocate. That means I’m qualified to take a case all the way to trial where necessary. I’m also an accredited mediator. That means I don’t see disputes purely through the lens of legal arguments. From the outset, I want to understand what is driving the dispute, what is motivating the people involved, and most importantly, what you actually want to achieve. The law matters. The court process matters. But they are tools, not objectives. My job is to use those tools to help you achieve the best outcome for your business. In reality, disputes are about people, not paperwork. Companies don’t fall out; directors do, partners do, suppliers and customers do. Understanding who’s on the other side, what they actually want, and how they’ll react is what helps resolve things in the best way possible.

      Help with family dispute

      Chris has been amazing in resolving a complex family dispute involving a sizeable inheritance. I was incredibly impressed by how quickly he understood the situation and its nuances.       Chris has been excellent from the first day I got in touch. He has supported me, advised me and guided me through a messy process with my old house.
