Marjorie went out of her way to make sure everything progressed smoothly and fully explained all the legal jargon, making the whole process much easier to understand. Thank you

From start to finish - Jenny was excellent in handling our house purchase. She was responded promptly to our questions, shared information with us quickly, kept us informed throughout and ensured we pressed the other side to progress and complete within a short timescale. We were very happy with the service we received. Thank you Jenny.

First time we have dealt with Cartmel Shephard. Our previous solicitors had closed down we was lucky to get taken on with Cartmel Shephard. We found them to be very professional, kept us in the loop as to how things was progressing. They pulled out all the stops when our buyers solicitor left her post with just a few days to go before completion.
