I engaged James and Charlene at Bell Park Kerridge after a long period with another firm which wasn't progressing. I approached BPK after hearing good reviews and instructed James and Charlene to deal with the ongoing complex land dispute. After 6 long years of battling James and Charlene resolved all the issues in 3 weeks!

James was my solicitor at the firm and I am very grateful for all of the support and advice he gave us. i had previously had a bad experience at a different firm in Carlisle, which ended up leaving my sister and I regretful and even more confused. James asked all the right questions about our case and it really felt as though he left no stone unturned. What I really appreciated was James' way of breaking everything down so that we understood what was happening. He spoke to us in a way that helped a layman understand the law which meant we were able to cooperate effectively and give our clear instructions. It really felt as though a lot of the stress was taking away as James was right there, helping us along the way. Thanks to James, we managed to settle the matter. We will forever be grateful for the help and support that was given.
