From the moment we engaged with Leanne I can honestly say her service, communication, speed, diligence and professionalism has been second to none.
In particular I really appreciated the level of availability Leanne afforded us, I was always able to speak with her and she always had time for me. Responses to requests came back at lightning speed and she chased other elements of the chain constantly.
I have not had a service as good as Leanne’s in all the times I have bought or sold houses, should I be in the need of conveyancing again, there are no others in consideration.

Excellent conveyancing - highly recommend

The BEST Solicitor !!!
Leanne Smith helped me to complete several transactions over the past 10 years. She never let me down. Leanne has always been super efficient, reliable and professional at all times. She has taken all my stress away. I am very impressed with her outstanding work and first class service. Even when she is on holiday, there is always a colleague to cover her up. Conveyancing Transaction
I found Leanne to be very efficient, knowledgeable and a very responsive to communication by email. She kept us up-to-date at all times, and was very 'realistic' as we continued to face delays with our transaction that were outside of our control.
