Stefanka joined the Private Client department at Wace Morgan in 2008 as a Legal Secretary. Having completed extensive studies and developed her skills, she took on her own caseload in 2015. She is now a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), which is a professional mark of accountability and her commitment to continued professional development. Stefanka was promoted to an Associate of the firm in 2023. In 2025 Stefanka completed the STEP diploma with a focus on advising vulnerable clients and became a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Stefanka is also an Accredited Lifetime Lawyer who are a national organisation of lawyers who provide specialist legal advice to older and vulnerable people, their families and carers. Stefanka is registered as a Dementia Friend which means she has completed specialist training in dementia and the challenges people face. She specialises in non-contentious Court of Protection cases involving property and finances, Deputyship and Attorneyship matters, as well as advising on and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney. Stefanka is friendly and approachable and has a keen interest in mental capacity law and has an empathy with elderly clients in particular. She prides herself in carrying out all work to the highest standard and always providing every client with a personal and sympathetic service. In her spare time, she enjoys country walks with the dog, and is interested in History and Archaeology, having completed a degree in Archaeology.

    I dealt with Stefanka throughout and was entirely satisfied with the service she provided. At the start I was in a very vulnerable state having just lost my husband suddenly and unexpectedly. Stefanka was brilliant.
