Claire acted for us in a difficult sale. She kept us informed + responded promptly to calls and emails. She suggested solutions to problems that arose. She prepared everything ahead of time so when unexpectedly the buyer suddenly announced he wished to proceed straight to sale. We were able to move very quickly.

Emma and her team were extremely efficient. If anything came up that needed dealing with Emma got straight on to it. All the staff I spoke to via the phone were really helpful + supportive. Only issue I had was not always understanding my options or what each order involved so I had to make additional calls to clarify things. A breakdown of what's involved for orders would have been useful.
