    I found Jannina and her team very professional ,friendly, efficient and very caring, not always found in some Solicitors. Nothing whatever was a problem. Kept me informed all times on matters. Very experienced and knowledgeable. No outrageous invoice for her first class service. I would highly recommend Jaycon Legal Solicitors for any legal matter !!

    Through free wills month my husband and I chose Jaycon l Legal Services, primarily because they are a local firm. The service we received from the first phone call was exemplary. They could not do enough to help especially with my husband who had had a .

    Kind, patient and fast

    Jannina was so nice, as was the receptionist we dealt with. We were in a rush getting some documents certified and got in a bit of a muddle, but we were treated kindly and with great patience even though we must have made them late leaving work. I selected the option to say the pricing was "about right" as opposed to under priced simply because I feel it's so important there are solicitors providing services people not in a high income can afford, not because I don't appreciate that their price was below average! If we need more solicitor services again, we will absolutely be coming here.

    Very complicated journey.

    From a young family member passing away with no will, probate property and belongings going to the family members parent ,that parent had dementia, the Office of Public Guardian then had to be involved, during this time Covid was also an added problem, before it was resolved completely the parent with dementia passed away, probate had to requested again for other family members, lots of obstacles to overcome.
