Leasehold property transactions
I have used PLP for two separate transactions relating to my property lease - one Lease Extension and one Deed of Variation. Both times I have been very satisfied. Everything was very clearly explained and with regular updates (no need to chase). Helpful with solutions when needed. Staff in the office really friendly. Highly recommend.
