I’ve had a great experience working with Lauren. It’s genuinely refreshing to have a solicitor who actually replies to emails promptly and answers the phone when you need her. She’s always on top of things and has an answer ready. And if not, she makes sure to connect you with the right person who does. You really feel like you’re in safe hands and that she has your back throughout the process. I often deal with property transactions that can be a bit out of the ordinary, but nothing ever seems to phase Lauren. She handles everything calmly and professionally, which makes a big difference. Lauren Purdey recently completed on our house sale and purchase and she did an amazing job. She took the stress out of every step of the process and made it really seamless. She also actually answers the phone! previously the solicitors I've dealt with would only speak to me by email which isn't helpful when you just want to ask a few questions.
