Enquiry stage only, but seemed brilliant
Went above and beyond; Sarah Ingham was friendly and professional, and the partner clearly let me know my limitation period, which he did not have to do, and many partners would see as below their status. I've saved them in a folder on Google maps and on my browser in case of needing solicitors in the future, and I would encourage others to do the same in various areas of law, so that one doesn't have to trawl through websites and less professional firms when the worst may happen and when you have the least resources to do this. I've studied law and worked in the legal industry; I've had claims for past RTAs and I've enquired with many firms, and this one stands out to me based on my very well rounded and experienced view as a client and as somebody who has worked in legal environments.
