I had an extremely turbulent, emotional, and stressful time with my previous employer. This led to a settlement agreement, which led me to use the services of Quay Legal.

Great support and advice during a tough time
David offered calm and clear legal advice that enabled me to complete my agreement and leave the business quickly and without needing to have too much interaction with my employer. He quickly grasped the specific details and was able to provide me with clear and sensible advice that was appropriate for the situation. Redundancy Agreement

Exceptional service, very polite and professional!

Excellent guidance and support - Settlement Agreement
I can't fault this company in terms of the advice and support given to me around a Settlement Agreement. From the initial discussion with my former employer, through the negotiation and contracts, David was fundamental to obtaining a fair settlement, as well as being supportive and providing helpful challenge where needed. The company's fees were also reasonable and definitely worth the outcome. Highly recommend.

Termination negotiation settlement
I had a great experience working with David and the team at Quay legal. They came recommended via a friend who had helped through their own case. From the first meeting David was open , honest and would challenge me to think through what I wanted or the paths and options available. Once we had decided the strategy David then used his expertise to ensure we ultimately settled with a package that was 3-4x the original company offer, with many nuanced dimensions and elements included as part of the negotiation that were great.

Termination agreement negotiation
David gave me invaluable advice which resulted in a termination agreement which was better than expected when the process commenced. He also took the time to check on my personal wellbeing throughout the process as he knew the situation was causing me a great deal of stress and anxiety

Good handling of redundancy settlement agreement
I was unexpectedly made redundant at the beginning of January and given a settlement agreement that I had only 2 weeks to sign. David Thomas at Quay Legal pointed out the somewhat one-sided nature of the agreement and got it changed to a mutually acceptable form within the available time. I found him to be very approachable and helpful, and able to point out the practical meaning of the legal jargon in the agreement. My employer paid the first £750 of the total bill, leaving me with a quite reasonable sum for the extra negotiations that were necessary. I was informed of the potential costs beforehand, and new what I was likely to be paying, so I was happy.
