Zuza is an Associate Solicitor in the Family Team at Ridley & Hall, where she has been building her legal career since joining the firm in August 2019. Zuza began working at Ridley & Hall as a Paralegal in the Residential and Commercial Property Teams, before completing her Training Contract in the Family Department. Zuza qualified as a Solicitor in September 2023, and she was promoted to an Associate in 2025. Zuza advises clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce and financial matters, disputes between former cohabitants, and cases involving children. She has experience in complex and sensitive children matters, including applications for international relocation and assisting grandparents in securing contact with their grandchildren. In financial cases, Zuza regularly supports clients dealing with complex issues such as the treatment of matrimonial and non-matrimonial assets and cases where the jurisdiction of divorce is in dispute. She also assists victims of domestic abuse, providing clear and compassionate advice on applications for protective injunctions such as Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders, and supporting clients through the legal aid assessment process. Zuza is passionate about her work as a family solicitor and is driven by a strong belief in access to justice. Zuza understands that many people face significant financial barriers when seeking family law advice at an already challenging time in their lives. To address this, Zuza volunteers at two Legal Advice Clinics, and she has played an active role in developing the Ridley & Hall’s Family Help Scheme, which offers discounted services to clients who do not qualify for legal aid but have limited financial means. Zuza is particularly committed to empowering her clients by ensuring they receive clear and practical advice from the outset, enabling them to make informed decisions with confidence. Zuza speaks fluent Polish and has assisted many Polish-speaking clients with their family law matters. She also works closely with a firm of solicitors in Poland and can assist clients whose cases require legal representation in both England and Poland.
