These are the worst solicitors one could ever have. You should avoid them by all means, trust me. They are rude, unprofessional and careless people. We have lost so much time as a result of their miscommunication and lack of accountability. We couldn’t get an update on our case for weeks!! No one would respond to our queries, not to mention reach out to us to update on the progress of our mortgage checks. The only time they responded quickly was when we had to transfer money for their services, money that they refused to refund even though the case wasn’t completed from their end. Eventually, we had to change the solicitors and I didn’t even hear an apology for wasting so much of our time and money. Absolutely shameful.

Such a bad experience. Throughout our whole remortgage we had to chase up nearly every day, calling and emailing. When final statement was given to us, they had added on charges which we had not been advised of. We were told at the beginning of the process that any additional charges would be explained and told before this which they weren’t. When complaining, nobody took me seriously and no explanation as to what these charges are. Accused me of not reading emails properly when really the charges were not sent. Then changed their story that the charges were advised on the telephone which they weren’t. Awful awful customer service. Don’t use WRJ Solictiors unless you want to be hit with hidden charges and receive bad customer service.
