I joined Higgs in March 2021 as a Solicitor in the Corporate Tax team. With a background in corporate law, I deal with a variety of matters including company reorganisations, demergers, family and personal investment companies and employee share schemes. I have experience working with accountants in order to plan and implement tax efficient structures. I advise a range of clients including owner-managed SME businesses, taking a commercial and proactive approach to tax planning matters and transactions.
