My family invited my step-mum over to visit the grandchildren. We were denied the visa. We got in touch with Turpin & Miller through a friend and was assigned Jessie to assist us. She put together the most convincing case I had ever seen and drove it all the way till step-mum got the visa. All in a professional but personal way. So I did not hesitate to contact them again when I next needed a visa for my mum , a simple village woman who wanted nothing more than to see how her first born son had achieved in life, and hold her granddaughter in her arms. Denied because she had no formal income or own a house with title deeds. Once again Jessie fought back….hard, and brought smiles to the whole family. Honestly I’d go to Turpin & Miller for everyday life decision support if they provided such services. Thank you Jessie….you are simply the best!!

Big thanks to Jessie, our agent by Turpin & Miller! My husband and I were struggling with getting information about the spouse visa requirements and success rates. We had a complication as my husband was a pre-settled status holder with my home country citizenship and was on dependent visa himself. We are incredibly grateful for outstanding service and support received from Jessie McNamara for our son’s British citizenship application process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish . Someone(from front office)contacted me very next day to get some more details to assign one of their caseworkers to our case. We were so lucky that our caseworker was Jessie McNamara. Support we have received from her during the process is just indescribable. She was available anytime we had any questions or doubts. This made us confident and we felt that we were in safe hands. She was super quick for submitting application, surprisingly quick. All process from start to finish, took only 4 month. This includes naturalisation and passport applications.
